Choosing to transform Ridge Ave into a successful workspace where it is designed to provide experiences that attract and are in purpose  to enable the Prima Scholarship Programme to expand globally as a model to celebrate life and empower individuals higher standards of  accountability, responsibility unconditionally simultaneously with self and others as a key to longevity in successes both personally and  professionally. Our intended focus is in supporting & growing interns in their uniqueness by combining their passion with a knowledge in  HOW they are the creator. Our work spaces allow social engagements and collaborations to transform mundane into insanely great  experiences that reimagines work environments by providing experiences that matter both personally, collectively and socially.

 

We lead by shaping inspiring spaces which promotes the culture and innovation of the FREEDOM IS INTERNAL SYSTEM by transforming  what we love to do into not only a competitive advantage, also one that is socially responsible and contributes inspiring examples both at  home and globally. 

Our workspace designs provide experiences that attract envelopment by merging the boundaries between social life and work life while  harnessing the intersection between the emotional, physical and virtual dimensions. 

  

OUR WORK ‘CREATION’ SPACE SURROUNDS OUR INTERNS IN AND ARE TEACHING THEM THE VALUE OF REDUCING  OPERATING COSTS WITHOUT REDUCING QUALITY OR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES, HOW TO IMPROVE SUSTAINABILITY,  OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS AND PROPEL MEASURABLE PERFORMANCES. WE WILL TEACH INTERNS TO ‘GET IT RIGHT' BY  PUTTING OUR WORLDS GREATEST ASSETS FIRST: PEOPLE.

  Anywhere Works 

    Veronique Inc’s Prima Scholarship Programme is a new world of work ‘creative’ space  defined by flexibility, connections and engagements. Defining what true ‘work’ means  creating through ones passion that takes a humanistic approach to our ‘work-create’ place.  

   We will promote a seamless experience, regardless of where the creativity (work) happens.  The interns will begin to know and value how culture and technology are two united keys to  success and separating them removes them from - ease grace and abundance - sooner  rather than later. Interns are required to work with a high degree of collaboration,  consultation, and focus on client service.

 

   Each intern generally carries 3 to 5 projects of varying complexities and with different points  of contact simultaneously. Priorities change rapidly, so the developing ones ability/  willingness to pivot quickly and effectively through intuition becomes an absolute  requirement if ease, grace and abundance for all, sooner rather than later is ones  honest intention. Our CREATIVE ‘work’ SPACE is enabled by smart technology and  collaborative design, we are creating experiences that drive human performance and  portfolio optimization, regardless of where the work ‘creativity’ happens.

Guidelines for interns operating through purposeful flexibility.

 

Veronique Inc embraces mobility and flex-space environment in its corporation’s vision and  mission statement.  

While Ridge Ave -Creative Stations / Broadcasting Station will remain on site and the  center of the ecosystem, interns have flexibility - within purpose - as long as goals are  accomplished under the Prima Scholarship Programme. Evolution often changes priorities  therefore pivot quickly from one work model to another to effectively create ease,  grace and abundance for all, sooner rather than later because a learned skill. As  clear direction evolves, it will require interns to pivot within the types of workplace  models Veronique Inc uses allowing and attaining the highest results with ethical  standards, within a purpose driven timeline: 

Office-centric is the preference of companies that believe their strong culture is built and  fueled by in-office collaboration 

Hybrid works for companies focused on innovation that can only happen in person, while  also championing and supporting flexible lifestyles and personal choice of workspaces for  their people 

Remote-first fits companies focused primarily on cost savings with a culture that allows for  flexibility and independent working with occasional in-person work or flex space options
